I thought the customer service might just be a little backed up at first, but no, it was just really slow and not very helpful. I waited around expecting some kind of useful response, and by the end I felt like I’d gotten nowhere.

Uh, overall the site works fine and it was easy to get through, but it does feel a bit clunky in a few spots.

I ordered from caddydaddygolf.com thinking it would ship quickly, but it took way longer than I expected. The tracking updates were slow too, which made it even more frustrating. The item itself wasn’t terrible, but the shipping experience was enough that I probably won’t order from them again.

I got a travel bag from caddydaddygolf.com and it started coming apart after just a few trips. The zippers felt kinda cheap from the start, and one of them got stuck really bad. For what it cost, I figured it would hold up a lot better. Disappointed with the durability.

Bought this for a trip and it did exactly what I needed. My clubs got there safe, no damage or drama. I also checked in with support before ordering and they basically said it should be fine for regular travel, which turned out to be right. Happy with it.

It does fit all my gear, so I’ll give it that. But it feels bulky to carry around sometimes, and when I brought that up, it kind of felt like it was brushed off like it wasn’t a big deal. It works, I just wish the size issue was taken more seriously.

I reached out about the warranty and they did respond, but it definitely wasn’t quick. I had to send photos and explain the issue twice, which got a little annoying.

The return information itself was clear, so at least that part didn’t feel like a mystery. You do have to watch the timing though, because that seems to matter. In the end, they did help me get it sorted, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience—just slower than I hoped and a bit frustrating while I was in the middle of it.
